We finally know how much the RTX Spark-powered Surface Laptop Ultra costs

XDA reports that the price of Microsoft's RTX Spark-powered Surface Laptop Ultra is now known, adding a concrete cost to the high-end Surface system. The laptop is positioned around NVIDIA's RTX Spark platform, which combines an Arm-based Grace CPU, Blackwell graphics, unified memory, and CUDA and RTX software support for local AI, creative work, development, and gaming. The reported price is launch coverage, not an independent assessment of value or performance.

Price is only one part of the decision. The Surface Laptop Ultra's practical appeal will depend on its exact memory and storage configuration, display, power limits, cooling, battery life, Windows on Arm compatibility, drivers, application support, and sustained performance. Independent testing will be needed to determine whether the system's unified-memory design and software stack justify its premium against x86 workstations and Apple silicon laptops.

For Canadian buyers, the reported US price does not establish Canadian MSRP or checkout cost. Taxes, exchange rates, regional pricing, retailer margins, warranty coverage, shipping, and local stock could change the total. Prospective buyers should wait for Microsoft's Canadian listing and final specifications before comparing the Surface Laptop Ultra with other RTX Spark systems.
