Acer Showcases SFF RTX Spark with a Unique Chassis Design

TechPowerUp reports that Acer has shown its own small-form-factor RTX Spark desktop at IFA 2026. The system uses NVIDIA's RTX Spark platform, pairing up to a 6,144-core Blackwell GPU with up to 20 Grace CPU cores and up to 128GB of LPDDR5X unified memory. Acer and NVIDIA are positioning the machine for creators, gamers, home-office users, and people who want to run AI workloads locally on Windows 11. The stated configuration can deliver up to one petaflop of FP4 AI compute, although retail pricing, power limits, and performance testing are not yet available.

The chassis is the main point of differentiation. Acer uses a black enclosure with a single bronze accent, and the design can sit horizontally or be placed vertically in a dedicated holder. That gives the system a more conventional desktop footprint than some earlier RTX Spark and DGX Spark concepts, while preserving the compact form factor. NVIDIA's gaming and local-AI software stack is included, with Acer's own system customizations layered on top. These are show-floor specifications and design details, not a substitute for independent testing of thermals, acoustics, upgradeability, or sustained performance.

For Canadian buyers, Acer's design adds another possible RTX Spark form factor to watch, but the announcement does not confirm Canadian pricing, retailer availability, warranty coverage, or a launch date. Prospective buyers should compare the final memory tier, storage options, cooling, operating-system support, and measured gaming and AI performance when Acer publishes production details.
